Martha is deeply passionate about the mind-body connection as it relates to releasing physical and emotional pain and illness, and supporting people to create a life that is truly peaceful, expansive, and healthy in mind, body and spirit.
As a Life Coach, Martha draws on her experience and knowledge of neuroscience, mindfulness and visioning, learned through teachers such as Mary Morrissey, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Dr. Sue Morter, and MBSR training (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction). Specific areas are addressed, such as health, relationships, career, spirituality, money, leisure and creativity. When one becomes consciously engaged in these areas, and lives from vision rather than conditioned thinking, one's health and sense of self reflects this.
As a Health Coach, Martha supports and assists her clients to define and follow their vision of health, in lifestyle, mindset and food choices. Martha addresses pillars of health such as whole food, stress perception, safe movement, fun, sleep, and spirituality.
